Ideal Logic sump replacement and strip down service

This video shows how I replace the sump on an Ideal Logic without taking the main heat exchanger out.

You simply break the old one off by snapping the clips off and then pop the new one in using lots of silicone grease and levering it in so the back clips go in first and then pop the front ones on.

I then follow on to carry out a strip down service on the boiler as well but cleaning out the main heat exchanger, checking the burner, fan, injector and Venturi.
