MEAL PREP TO LOSE WEIGHT | WW FREESTYLE | BURRITO BOWLS WITH CAULIFLOWER RICE
Hey y’all, I’m Lauren! I started WW in September 2016 and have lost 55lbs so far! I live in Texas, have the best cat named Hutch, and am currently working toward getting my Real Estate License! Cauliflower rice video: skip to 10:30!

-1 bag cauliflower rice (I like the one with peas and carrots)
-1 can rotel
-Fajita seasoning, cumin, chili powder (all to taste)
Throw in a skillet on the stove and cook on high heat, covered, for 10ish minutes, stirring occasionally. after 10 minutes take off lid, lower heat to medium and stir frequently until all liquid is evaporated!
