Hey y’all, I’m Lauren!🤘🏻 I started WW in September 2016 and have lost 55lbs so far! I live in Texas, have the best cat named Hutch, and am currently working toward getting my Real Estate License! Lunch Total: 375 calories & 8sp

-Pretzel Crisps- 100 cals & 3sp
-2Tbsp Sabra Hummus- 70 cals & 2sp
-Fiber One Brownie- 70 cals & 2sp

✨Lunchbox Total: 790 calories & 22sp✨
💃🏻I have calculated my own calories per day to keep me in a deficit and lose weight in a natural and healthy manner. I currently eat 1,350 calories per day!
💃🏻I lost 50lbs using WW and highly recommend it to anyone! I needed a change after 2 years and decided to track calories for now! I am currently 60lbs down!
