Savannah Fine Cutlery Orion 8" Chef's Knife

This chef's knife is well forged, and very close to perfectly balanced between the handle and blade. It is a full tang forged stainless steel blade for durability and hardness. It has a beautiful pakkawood handle which means that this blade needs to be hand washed or the wood might warp. We used this knife to fillet a fish (shown in the video) and it was wonderful. It cut like butter and made beautiful fillets! It is easy to clean and store, as well. This knife has a lifetime limited warranty, as well. I bought the paring knife along with this one and I look forward to using them both for a long, long time!
