DALSTRONG Chef Knife - Shogun Series Gyuto - VG10 - 9.5"

This is a phenomenal chef's knife. My husband has a very nice knife from before we were married but this one leaves that in the dust! This blade gets it's beautiful appearance from the Damascus steel. Damascus steel is steel made with a wavy surface pattern produced by hammer-welding strips of steel and iron followed by repeated heating and forging, used chiefly for knife and sword blades. It says a lot about a knife when the handle is as detailed as the blade itself!

What makes this knife stand out:
-9.5 inches of knife when most chef's knives are 8 inches
-8-12 degree angle on either side of the blade (so narrow!)
-66 layers Damascus forged steel (sharper blade, uniquely beautiful look)
-Nitrogen cooled for increased durability
-full tang, ergonomic handle
-G-10 Garolite handle that is impervious to hot, cold and moisture!
