20 Minute Yoga Class - Twists Part 1

This is a 20 minute yoga class focused around twisting poses. Twists are great for activating your digestive organs, naturally detoxing your body, and stretching your abdominal organs, middle body and back.

Try to think of twisting through the middle of your spine and ribs, where your throacic spine is. This will help bring activate and balance to your navel/solar plexus chakra.

Beginner friendly.
