Chicken and gravy
10 bone in chicken pieces
2 tbsp salt free cajun
1 tsp chicken seasoning
2 cans cream of chicken
3 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 bell pepper

Mac n Cheese
8 oz noodles
2 cups heavy cream
1 lb cheese ( mix of sharp cheddar, mozzeralla, colby jack)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk (evaporated milk is better)
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 sazon packet
vegeta or chicken boullion
pepper
garlic powder

Black Eye Peas and Green

2 cans black eye pease
1/2 onion
3 slice bacon
salt free cajun seasoning
Toneys seasoning
collard greens and kale
better than boullion chicken

Yellow Rice

2 cups jasmine rice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 chicken boullion tablets
3 cups water
bay leaf
toney's seasoning
sazon tropical
