2 lb chuck roast
1 packet sazon
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp browning
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 beef bouillon
1 tsp sazon tropical
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
fresh oregano
2 tbsp cilantro
1/2 large onion
1 celery rib
orange bell pepper
4 cloves minced garlic
salt/ pepper to taste
1 potatoe
2 carrots
