CHEESE BREAD Recipe | Cheese Streusel Bread

How to make a sweet and cheesy Cheese Streusel Bread.
This recipe yields 16 pieces cheese bread.

Here's what you'll need:

Cheese Streusel Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2/3 cup all purpose flour (40g)
2/3 cup powdered milk (40g)
1/2 cup softened salted butter (110g)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Dough Ingredients:
1 cup fresh milk (250ml)
1 whole egg
3½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2¼ tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup butter (55g)

تنتج هذه الوصفة 16 قطعة من خبز الجبن.

إليك ما ستحتاج إليه:

مكونات جبن ستريوسل:
1/2 كوب سكر (100 جم)
2/3 كوب دقيق لجميع الأغراض (40 جم)
2/3 كوب حليب بودرة (40 جم).
1/2 كوب زبدة مملحة طرية (110 جم).
1 كوب جبن شيدر مبشور

مكونات العجين:
1 كوب حليب طازج (250 مل)
1 بيضة كاملة
3½ كوب طحين لجميع الأغراض (437 جم)
1/4 كوب سكر (50 جم)
2¼ ملعقة صغيرة من الخميرة الفورية (6 جم)
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح (5 جم)
1/4 كوب زبدة (55 جرام)

2/3 taza de leche en polvo (40 g)

Ingredientes de masa:
1 taza de leche fresca (250 ml)
1 huevo entero
3½ tazas de harina para todo uso (437 g)
1/4 taza de azúcar (50 g)
2¼ cucharadita de levadura instantánea (6 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
1/4 taza de mantequilla (55 g)

OVEN - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven's specification. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.

YEAST - Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there's one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.

MILK- you can use fresh milk, UHT milk or evap milk, lukewarm or room temp.
