Ladies and gentlemen, i present to you a Super Soft Ensaymada recipe. it's every Filipinos favorite for merienda or breakfast. A very soft and fluffy cheesy bread perfect for coffee or tea. This recipe is quick and easy to make.

Here's what you'll need:

1/2 cup buttter
1 cup milk (fresh or evaporated)
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp active dry yeast
4 cups all purpose flour

For toppings:
cheddar cheese
granulated sugar
softened butter

Bake at 180 C for 18 minutes.
