✔️DOUGH
1 large egg [60 grams]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
1 cup milk [240 ml] (warm or room temp)
1/4 cup melted butter [60 ml] or (veg. oil)
3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt

✔️CREAM CHEESE FROSTING /TOPPING/FILLING
1 cup cream cheese [225 grams]
1/2 cup softened butter [120 grams]
1/3 cup all purpose cream [80 ml]
1 cup powdered sugar [120 grams]
1 cup grated cheddar cheese [235 grams] (topping)

✔️MILK WASH
2 tbsp milk powder [15 grams]
1 tbsp water [15 ml]

*Substitutes for milk wash;
•egg wash (beaten egg)
•full cream milk (liquid)

Yield: 12 pcs (65 grams each, excluding filling).

Ensaymada moulder size: top-4”, bottom-3”

☑️Frosting recipe is enough for both topping and filling. It can be reduced to half measurement if going to be used for topping only.

💰Total ingredients cost: Php 380
(cost may depend on the type/brand of ingredients).
So price per piece is Php 32. (This is bare cost only, mark-up the price of your choice to gain profit.)
