不論是在Youtube留言區,或是我的IG,最常收到的就是胸肌菜單的詢問。雖然每個人胸型不一樣,但我相信只要努力鍛鍊,都可以練出好看的體態,一個屬於自己與眾不同的體態。

今天這部是初學者也能嘗試的15分鐘胸肌訓練。只需要一副啞鈴,重量自己拿捏。切記訓練不是越重越好,而且要把每一組動作做好,把感受度做到最大。這都是需要時間,慢慢練習的。

The most common requires seen in my Youtube comments & IG message is definitely the chest workout routine. Although the shape of our chest is decided by gene, we could still have thick and good-looking chests through relentless training.

This 15 minutes chest workout video is intermediate level that beginner could possibly finish. A pair of dumbbells are all you need. Remember that weights are not the only factors of gaining muscle. We should also focus on the efficiency of muscle use in each set. And it requires times of practice.
