嗨!我是Patrick!
又是一部全身訓練的影片,而且還是無跳躍版,獻給擔心居家訓練吵到隔壁鄰居的你們❤另外對於膝關節不適跳躍的人來說,這部也是相對友善的訓練課表喔!

其實相對跳躍動作多的課表來說,無跳躍課表需要更細心的編排。除了要兼顧強度外,又要避免給予膝關節過大的壓力。不過大家放心,雖然少了跳躍,但全程跳完還是能有感燃脂。
