Offering holistic full body therapy massages, the trained practitioners use a combination of deep acupressure, gentle stretches and essential oils to help relieve the mind and body from stress, anxiety and ongoing/new tension points and pains. Often referred to a “assisted yoga”, there’s a combination of pulls and stretches (so you won’t be lying fully passively on the bed) as Thai massage is often more active compared to Swedish massages.
