Pantry Freezer Challenge

Nothing like a Snowpocolypse in Texas to throw you into an impromtu Pantry Freezer Challenge. After being stuck in the house for 7 days because of ice and snow, the stores were swamped with customers and shelves were cleared. In order to avoid the chaos, I challenged myself to feed my family only with things we already had on hand. We did not go shopping for a whole week. Here is what we ate!
