Kid Approved Freezer Meals

I hope to do more freezer meal recipes in the future, because this is a big time saver for me as a homeschool mom of 3. In this video the recipes I share are….

CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP
Ingredients:
Frozen Chicken Breasts (enough to fill crockpot 3/4 full)
Chicken Bouillon
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Water

Optional Toppings:
Corn
Black Beans
Mozzarella
Tortilla Chips
Sliced Avocado
Diced Onions

Fill crockpot ¾ full with frozen chicken breasts. Sprinkle 1/4c of Chicken Bouillon, 1/4c of garlic Powder, 1/4c of Cumin over the chicken breasts. Fill the rest of the pot up with water. Close the lid and cook low and slow for 6-8hrs. When you are ready to eat, remove the chicken breasts, cube, and then replace them back into the soup. Serve with the above optional toppings and enjoy!
SWEDISH MEATBALLS

CHICKEN POT PIE (recipe is per casserole)
1.5c of Shredded Chicken
1 12oz bag of Peas and Carrots (or any vegetable medley)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Potato Soup
1T Garlic Powder
½ t. Black Pepper
Prepared Frozen Pie Crust
1 Refrigerated Rolled Pie Crust

Mix everything (except the prepared pie crust) together until well combined. Pour into frozen pre-prepared pie crust and top with other refrigerated pie crust. Fold in edges so that everything is within the edge of the pan. Cover and label with foil. Freeze. Thaw out 24hrs before you plan to cook. Remove Foil, Brust the top with a little butter, Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 35-40min until the crust is golden. Cool for 15 min (Its HOTTTTT).
