Tobacco Prewilting - Liquid Nitrogen Cup Test

In this video timelapse was taken of 2 plants treated with liquid nitrogen pooled around the stalk of a plant. An approximate area of 1" of the stalk was in constant contact with the liquid nitrogen solution for about 90 seconds. Refilling the cupped area was necessary as boiling was very rapid.
