Our bodies are capable of much more than repetitive exercises and deserve more movement diversity and natural fluctuations in intensity.

I get that learning to move at a higher level takes time. Sometimes you just need to turn up, sweat, and push yourself a little bit. So Today's session is all about blending movement and intensity - striking a balance between training complex movements and overall conditioning.

This is a more advanced practice. If you're familiar with these movement the intensity level is high. If you're new to these patterns then figuring out the rhythm and the transitions will take some time. Work at the pace / intensity that reflects your energy levels.
