Roasted Peppers Stuffed With Feta | Greek Roasted Peppers

Sweet Greek peppers stuffed with feta is one of my all time favourite dishes!!! These Greek roasted peppers are so easy to prepare and even easier to enjoy. You will find these on most Greek restaurants and in this vid I show you how to make them at home any time. Only three very easy steps to this... top and clean your sweet banana peppers, make the feta cheese filling and stuff them and then just roast them off!!!! That's it... literally.

INGREDIENTS LIST

* 6-8 sweet Greek peppers
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 4 mushrooms
* 250g feta cheese
* 2 tbsp. Greek strained yogurt
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
* Pepper to taste
