Baked Filet of Sole | Lightly Breaded w/ Parmesan

Here's a really quick and easy recipe for parmesan crusted filet of sole. It's ready in a flash (less than 15 minutes start to finish), it is delicious, nutritious and can please the pickiest of fish eaters:-))
