Ingredients:

600 gms okra / ladies finger

2 medium onion, chopped

2 medium tomato, chopped

3/4 cup yogurt

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp brown sugar

1/4 garam masala

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp chilli powder (quantity depends on your tolerance) (optional)

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

2 dried bay leaves

dried fenugreek leaves

1/2 lemon

2 glasses of water

olive oil
