Thai Coconut Shrimp Mushroom Soup

Try this..

Ingredients:
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp ginger, finely sliced
1 stick lemon grass, cut into chunks
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp red curry powder
200 gms mushroom
700 ml chicken broth
2 cans of 400 ml coconut milk
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
700 gms shrimp
pinch of ground black pepper
3 red dried chilli (optional)
1 lime, squeezed
garnish with coriander leaves
