Hello!! This has been one of the most requested videos ever !! How I create my "baby" winged or Cat Eye liner look on mature skin, mature eyes or Hooded eyes! Basically, this is a baby version of a regular winged liner so it makes it a lot easier to create!! Once you practice you will get really good at it! I feel it lifts your eyes up and gives a more youthful look and It's my favorite for everyday makeup!!
The key is to use a good liner. Today I am using Benefit Cosmetics roller liner liquid eyeliner. It's one of my all time favs!
