Last GLUTE and QUAD workout video in my 40's!! ! FIT OVER 50!

Hello All!! This is officially the LAST WORKOUT VIDEO I AM DOING IN MY 40'S!! I turned 50 on August 5th,!! I'M 50, I'M 50, I'M 50!!!
I was too busy enjoying and celebrating to upload this video BUT Here it it, better late than never.
I thought I would give you something really short, only 18 minutes!! The cardio will be a burpee, but you can definitely modify this to make it easier. As this video is so short, we really do have to work a bit harder. You will need you to grab some heavy weights and a sturdy stool or coffee table that you can put your entire weight on.
Glutes and Quads are some of my favorite exercises to do, but of course I will add in some shoulder exercises and cardio to work more of the whole body.

**REMINDER always start with a warm up and stretch, especially over 50!!
