FIT OVER 40! 20 minute GLUTES AND BICEPS workout for women!
Good Morning you guys and Welcome!! Today we are doing all biceps and all GLUTES!! Yes!! Grab some weight, I suggest a heavy and medium weights and a mat and towel! We will start with a quick warmup then move right onto the work!
I will be including some CARDIO in todays workout. We will be doing jump outs in and out with weights. These are like weighted jumping jacks and yes they get that heart rate up! We are moving to my all time favorite Glute workout. Add weights and you will be hurting but this is a GAME CHANGER to tighten up the Glute and quad. In between we will be going back to that Cardio move. Biceps in between and these are actually our break. Your biceps are strong so you can heavy up with the weight. We will be working the biceps muscle three different ways. Yes, and this is what will help us see a change in that muscle. Sets of 20. I will be throwing in some shoulder and rhomboids exercises in there for good measure. Finishing off with some deadlifts for the BUM. We will end this video like all of my videos by working those ABS.
