Travelers on I-75 in Lexington & Georgetown, KY found travel difficult overnight as heavy bands of snow pounded parts of the region. The snowfall totals were not vast but snowfall rate were at times. Temperatures dropped from near 50 degrees down to low 20's by late. Rain changed to sleet and then snow. The snow fell fast enough to cool the road temps. Video shows heavy snowfall rates with Plows/salt trucks clearing the way for interstate travelers. Video was shot in Lexington and Georgetown, KY.
