30 MINUTE LOW IMPACT HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO - I actually was pleasantly surprised at how many calories my Apple watch told me that I burned doing this. I think that my heart rate was jacked up a number of times because of the isometric squat holds. You all know how much those burn and the heart rate soars. Much easier on the joints, if you need that thing, but also great because it's apartment friendly! Enjoy.
