45 Minute Total Body HIIT | Cardio & Strength - We are doing it all in today's workout! I love this format, the 3 repeater! So we will start with a strength exercise, repeat it for 3 rounds (30 seconds each), then move on to the next exercise. We will alternate cardio and strength and get a great total body HIIT in!
You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Format: 30/ 10 - repeat each exercise for 30 seconds, 3 x in a row then move on.

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4
