30 MIN LOWER BODY DROPSETS - With Weights - No Talking - No Music - Timer Only

Hey friends! Here's a 30 minute, lower body dropset strength workout with dumbbells. This one kicked my butt 100%.

Every dropset will have you completing the same move 3 times, but starting with 2 weights, then dropping to 1 weight, then dropping to bodyweight. The exercises are performed one after another for 30 seconds each, and then there will be a 30 second break before moving on to the next dropset.

For reference, the weights I’m using are 20-30 lbs, but choose whatever is right for you. As always, this is a no music (timer only) workout. Make sure to turn on your favourite playlist or podcast, grab your drink, and let's crush it together!

30 sec for each exercise in dropset (one after another), 30 sec rest

Romanian deadlift
Squat
Reverse lunge (L)
Reverse lunge (R)
Calf raise (neutral)
Single leg RDL (L)
Single leg RDL (R)
Curtsy lunge
Walking lunge
Sumo squat
Calf raise (toes out)
