30 MIN LOWER BODY STRENGTH - With Weights - No Repeat - No Talking - Timer Only

Hey friends! Here's a 30 minute, no-repeat lower body strength workout with dumbbells. For reference, the weights I’m using are 20-50 lbs, but choose whatever is right for you. As always, this is a no music (timer only) workout. Make sure to turn on your favourite playlist or podcast, grab your drink, and let's crush it together!
