25 MIN FULL BODY COMPOUND STRENGTH - With Weights - No Talking - No Music - Timer Only
Hey friends! Here’s a 25 minute, no repeat, total body compound workout using dumbbells. For reference, the weights I’m using are 20 lbs, but choose whatever is right for you. As always, this is a no music (timer only) workout. Make sure to turn on your favourite playlist or podcast, grab your drink, and let's crush it together!

Overhead stationary lunge (L)
Overhead stationary lunge (R)
American swing
Single arm snatch
Overhead calf raise
Lunge + hammer curl
Squat + arnold press
