BC Children's Hospital is the only hospital in the province devoted exclusively to children, almost a million kids count on BC Children's Hospital. The funds raised by the 2019 Multi Grouse Grind Challenge will help transform care for them.

Specifically, it will help make bigger strides in its quest to conquer childhood conditions like congenital heart disease. It will also help ensure kids receive health care that's tailored to their unique needs.

A magnificent day at Grouse Mounting: I'm heading up there to train for a hike called the Grouse Grind, but before that, I wanted to check out the breakfast they have up there! Particularly, a breakfast buffet with the tour of the Grizzly Bears on the mountain; safely of course :-)

Whether you are local or visiting, Grouse Mountain is a magnificent "urban" mountain. Many activities and trails for all and very close to the downtown core. I fact they have the free shuttle that takes to you to and from the mountain from downtown (with the purchase of a Grouse pass). Perfect way to spend the day!
