How much is your case worth exactly?
You think your injuries and your damages are worth at LEAST $10 million dollars and you're not going to accept a dollar less than that to settle your case.

Your attorney tells you that's fantasy.
That's not reality.
You say "But my neighbor got $5 million and his injuries are nowhere near as bad as mine!"

You say "I read in the newspaper how some woman was given $20 million dollars by a jury and again, my injuries are MUCH WORSE than hers!"

There's a problem with this logic.
The problem is that you're missing facts.
You're missing information.

How much time did they spend in the hospital?
How about rehabilitation?

What surgery and medical care did they need after the wrongdoing?
Are they permanently disabled?
Are they unable to return to work?

How much money were they earning?
How much time did they lose from work?
What medical bills did they have to repay?

What county is your case pending in?
What have juries done in similar cases?
What have trial judges done after the jury returns their verdict?

What have the appellate courts done to large verdicts?
How much money did the person actually walk away with after all appeals were finished?

There's a lot of information you may be missing.
