It was an honor to meet and have Christine Wood, aka "Queen of Chop" in the kitchen! Christine is the owner of Christine's Chop Shop. Christine is a huge supporter of parrot rescue and has donated thousands of dollars in food to many rescues. Christine's Chop Shop has also been there to help feed birds in natural disasters and just recently help feed birds during the government shutdown. She makes the best chop in the US and is an amazing person. My birds and I love Christine and her CHOP!
