Remember that this seasonal feeding recipe is very dense, and is very filling for that reason. A bird will likely eat less than you think. Also, appetites change with seasons, temperatures, change of environments/stress levels, age/growth of a bird, activity level, etc. so don't expect this to stay the same forever.
