How To Choose Chop Ingredients:
1. Leafy Greens (1-2 types): examples being collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, kale, swiss chard, spinach, spring mix, etc.
2. Vegetables (3-4 types, 1 being GREEN, 1 being ORANGE): examples being green beans, broccoli, zucchini, cucumber, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, butternut squash, corn, peas, squash, bell pepper, celery, radish, beets, etc.
3. Fruit (1-2 types, depending on sugar content): examples being berries, mango, grapes, banana, kiwi, melon, apple, pear, pomegranate, apricot, etc.
4. Grain (1-2 types, depending on preference): examples being brown rice, quinoa, vegetable pasta, oats, etc.
