At least once in our life we have experienced some sort of back pain . A lot of the time back pain comes from gradual deconditioning due to our modern sedentary lifestyles .

Such as sitting at a desk for long periods at a time or lifting and bending over in the wrong manner causing unnecessary stress and strain .

From hours and years of not stimulating the core muscles or the muscles that help protect the lower back
If we deicide to do something out of the ordinary such as jumping on a trampoline, helping someone move houses or renovating a house .
You are at risk of injury, not only your back or other areas of your body .

That is why it is important to practice, condition your core muscles, the stabilisers of the back and the body at least a few times a week to reduce the likelihood of injury .
