Using the Sika Self-Leveling Pro Select Polyurethane Sealant to seal joint in masonry/concrete

Using the Sika Self-Leveling Pro Select Polyurethane Sealant to seal up a joint between a red brick masonry step/landing/sidewall and an exterior wall. Explaining the basics of the product, coverage, cure time, cutting, trimming, and cleanup.

All flashing already installed and this sealant is bridging a construction expansion joint to shed future rain water downslope. The sealant will not be visible on the final finished product because it will be covered by additional copper flashing. This stuff is very running and wants to travel downhill so beware of that because that's how it is designed to function. Cleanup is messy, there are probably other products that work better for cleanup than the one shown in the video - like xylene.

Use a smoothie straw to get caulk or sealant from the caulk tube as an extension into tight spots.
