Hey friends - come and listen to me chat about my experience with mental health. I answer your questions about my mental health and how I got better from anorexia nervosa, depression and generalised anxiety disorder.

As ever I would just like to remind you to please seek help from your GP if you are struggling with your mental health or anything I spoke about. I promise you the best thing I did was to seek help. It does not make you weak. I repeat, seeking help does not make you weak.
