Ingredients you'll need:
1 pound spaghetti
5 ounces bacon, or guanciale, or pancetta
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 large eggs
5 egg yolks
1 oz pecorino romano, grated
1 oz parmigiana reggiano, grated
fresh ground black pepper to taste
*optionally you can add 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced to the bacon while sauteing it.*
