1 cup (236ml) apricot juice
1/2 cup (118ml) champagne

Cream:
1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
3tbsp (51g) mascarpone

Cacio e Pepe:
1/2 lb pasta
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons (6g) coarse ground black pepper
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 cup fresh grated pecorino
Fresh black pepper and salt to taste
More grated parmigiana reggiano

Steak:
it's steak and pickles come on

Chocolate Lava Cake:
1/2 cup 113gbutter
6.5 ounces184 dark chocolate
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup (60g) sugar
1tbsp (21g) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon (2g)salt
2 tablespoons (21g) all purpose flour
marshmallows for toasting
