Exercise Overview:

The Single Leg Knee Pulls exercise on the Pilates Reformer using the Jumpboard is a dynamic plyometric movement designed to strengthen the lower body, improve coordination, and enhance core stability. This exercise utilises the resistance of the Reformer springs and the Jumpboard as one leg pushes off while the opposite knee pulls toward the chest in a controlled motion. Engaging the glutes, quadriceps, hip flexors, and core, this movement promotes better balance, agility, and lower body power.
