My simple shoulder health regimen

I do this as a pre-warmup every upper body day before getting under the bar, as well as when needed (i.e. when at home or when shoulders /pecs /triceps feel tight and need loosening up.

I attribute my shoulder health to not only doing these, but icing immediately after any small tweaks for 2-3x a day for up to 3 days after the tweak, then I introduce heat (usually via hot bath/shower or a heating pad) and light stretches (shown in this video), once it isn't painful or tender I start with weights again (the bar, light dumbbells) to access the situation before getting heavy again.
