Repairing a broken Ergotron Workfit-S standing desk

I heard a loud bang while working and my sit-stand desk would no longer push down. I took it apart and discovered multiple frayed/broken ropes and a broken plastic pulley. I replaced the pulley and the ropes and figured out how to get it all back together.
