Simple Fudgy Chocolaty Brownies 👌🤩💕

Just awesome! It has everything you want in a brownie, fudgy & a great chocolate flavor! 😍
Ingredients:
• 110g unsalted butter/softened
• 220g chocolate chips
• 2 large eggs
• 110g granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
• 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil , or vegetable oil
• ½ tbsp vanilla extract
• 115g all-purpose flour
• 25g cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175 C, line with parchment paper a 20x24cm pan .
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together half chocolate chips and butter while whisking then set aside to cool 15 min.
3. In a second large bowl, whisk together eggs, cups granulated sugar and coffee granules, oil and vanilla extract.
4. Stir cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
5. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt then use a spatula to fold mixture into the batter and fold just until combined. Do not over mix.
6. Transfer batter to prepared pan and sprinkle all over with remaining chocolate chips. Bake at 175 C for 37 min. Cool until nearly at room temperature then cut into bars before serving.
Notes
For fudgy brownies, bake 35-37 min, for soft and moist brownies, bake 40 min.
