Blueberry-Chia Seeds Oat Bars | vegan gluten free recipe 😍😊
These easy vegan blueberry-chia seeds oat bars are healthy and easy snack option. They great source of antioxidants, vegan source of omega-3s from ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) as well as fibre that will keep you full for longer. This great recipe was inspired by the conscious plant kitchen. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup oat flour - or all-purpose flour,
• 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1/3 cup maple syrup - or agave syrup
• 1/3 cup coconut oil - melted
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
Blueberry chia seed jam – cook until slightly thickened
• 2 cups blueberries - fresh or frozen
• 3 tbsp maple syrup - or agave or rice syrup
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
Prep time: 15min.
Cooking time 35min in a preheated oven at 180C.
Cool it for 3 hours before slicing it.
Store in the fringe for 1 week, you can also freeze it.
