TASTY meatloaf with Chinese cabbage 😊😋✨

Beautiful, spectacular and undoubtedly festive! This dish can be served as a main dish as well as a cold appetizer. Everyone will be delighted with this aromatic meat dish - both your guests and family members!

INGREDIENTS:
Meatloaf:
• 500g mince
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves).
• 1 tbsp dried herbs
• 15g bread crumbs (1 tbsp)
• 20 g milk (2 tbsp)
• 1 tbsp chilli paste
• 100 g cheese slices or grated
• 125 g ham slices or turkey slices
• 150 g (16-17 strips) cooked smoked bacon
Chinese cabbage:
• 1 Chinese cabbage (napa cabbage)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
• 1 tbsp Honey
• chilli paste

Prep Time: 15min
Cooking time:
• 200 ° C 50 min covered with foil
• 15 min without foil
