DIP PROGRESSION | Master Dips in 5 Steps!
A straightforward progression for mastering DIPS!
Perform each exercise for 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps (more reps = fewer sets; e.g. 5 sets of 5 reps, 4 sets of 8 reps, 3 sets of 10 reps)
Once you can perform 10 reps EASILY, move on to the next step!
