Today's puzzle is by Abed Hawila and it's garnered praise from some of the greats of the sudoku world. But... how can you even start it?! You can play the puzzle at at the following link:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.
