The Cross: A Sudoku Masterpiece

Today's puzzle is called The Cross and it's by Tom1i. Oh and it's ludicrously clever. Give it a try at the following link:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage (if given). Digits cannot repeat within a cage. Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along such diagonals if allowed by other rules.
